Jin Hua is the Senior Social Sector Officer of ADB in PRC Resident Mission. With over 20 years of experience working for the government, UN agencies on a social development programme and researches through inner and interagency platforms, she advocates progressively to mainstream south-south collaboration through transferring knowledge from human capital development projects and policy-making adopting evidence-based policy formulation approach. Working for Knowledge Hub of ADB PRC Resident Mission, she is dedicated to conducting thematic social studies on poverty reduction, social cohesion, basic social services and human capital development, as well as cross-sectoral collaboration to ensure inclusive development and contribute to regional knowledge sharing.

She is a Master in Industrial Economist at Nankai University and a Master in Human Rights of International Law from Peking University with learning and research experiences from Mailman School of Public Health of Columbia University in the U.S.A., Lund University in Sweden, and International Institute on Ageing in Malta.
