Accelerating COVID-19 Recovery through Ushikamano wa Pan-Africa

The COVID-19 pandemic has underscored the importance of global and regional partnerships in addressing common problems and finding shared solutions. The South-South and Triangular Cooperation has gained traction in Africa as a platform for supporting effective and localized ways of achieving sustainable development.

This publication showcases how African countries have developed coordinated and collaborative responses to COVID-19 and beyond through South-South and Triangular Cooperation in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, demonstrating the powerful pan-African and global solidarity, as the Swahili word Ushikamano suggests.
